2. Purpose of the website

The purpose of this website is to provide information about the transport services offered by VTC O Pino and to allow users to submit advance booking requests for private hire vehicle services with a driver.

The service is primarily intended for pick-ups in Galicia with a destination in a different municipality, either within Galicia or elsewhere in Spain, subject to the limits established by the transport authorisation and applicable legislation.

Services where both the pick-up point and destination are located within the same municipality are not offered.

A booking will only be considered confirmed when VTC O Pino sends an express confirmation containing the booking reference and the essential details of the service.

The complete booking procedure is governed by the Terms and Conditions.
